About your Attendee Portal Webpage
We host an Attendee Portal on our conference website (delegate access only). This will be accessed by our virtual and in-person attendees as a conference resource. Each sponsor and exhibitor will have their own webpage as part of this Portal.

Virtual Tradeshow
In an effort to connect you with our virtual conference attendees, we are offering a few options for our exhibitors:
- Virtual tradeshow during the exhibitor breaks – we’ve set aside a separate room in the hotel where exhibitors can speak with the virtual attendees during the 2 exhibitor breaks and part of the lunch break (10:30-11:00 AM, 12:00-1:00 PM, 3:00-3:30 PM) (computer and internet provided)
- Exhibitor video – if you’re unable to attend the virtual tradeshow during the exhibitor breaks, you can submit a short video about your organization and yourself; we’ll show this to the virtual attendees during the conference and will include it on your conference webpage
Deadline to submit videos is November 1. Please upload them to this Shared folder: Exhibitor videos (IMPORTANT: please include your organization’s name in the file name so I know which videos belong to whom).
Additionally, we’ll encourage attendees to make appointments directly with you. As an incentive for the virtual attendees, any attendees participating in the virtual tradeshow or booking appointments with exhibitors during the conference will be entered into the Exhibitor Passport Prize Draw.
Once we receive the exhibitor confirmations for the Virtual Tradeshow, we’ll schedule a specific time for each exhibitor to connect with the virtual attendees and will provide that schedule to you (and the virtual attendees) by November 8.
