About your Attendee Portal Webpage
We host an Attendee Portal on our conference website (delegate access only). This will be accessed by our virtual and in-person attendees as a conference resource. Each sponsor and exhibitor will have their own webpage as part of this Portal.
Speaker-related Deadlines
November 12:
- presentation uploaded (to this Shared Folder: Speaker Presentations)
- all presentations will be pre-loaded onto the conference laptop (NOTE: speakers cannot provide their own laptops due to the hybrid setup)
Reminders
Please ensure your speaker(s) have the following information:
- Location: Saskatoon Inn & Conference Centre (2002 Airport Drive, Saskatoon)
- Arrival: please arrive no less than 20 minutes prior to your scheduled presentation time (see Conference Schedule for presentation times)
- Presentations should be 45-50 minutes in length, plus 10-15 minutes for Q & A following the presentation
- Please note that we will have both in-person and virtual delegates attending the conference; presentations will be live-streamed to the virtual delegates and we will share their questions with the speakers during the Q & A
- Post-conference access: recordings of the video presentations will be available to conference delegates for up to 6 months following the conference (no downloads permitted); presentation slides will be shared in PDF format
