October 31:

  1. delegate bag inserts received (quantity: 80)
    • Ship to: SK Nurse Practitioner Conference, c/o Carol Tebay, 305 25th Street West, Saskatoon, SK, S7L 0C5
  2. registrant name & email for your complimentary registration(s) (# of comp. registrations depends on your sponsor level; see Sponsor Perks below)

November 1:

  1. uploaded materials (to this Shared Folder: Sponsor Uploads)
    • your logo (if we don’t already have a copy)
    • your video (length depends on your sponsor level; see Sponsor Perks below)
    • any electronic copies of your delegate bag inserts
  2. your webpage information for the online Conference Attendee Portal, as follows:
    • your company name
    • link to your website
    • your representative contact information
    • a blurb about your organization (optional)
    • any other information you’d like to provide (optional)
    • IMPORTANT: if your organization needs to review your webpage, please let me know as soon as possible

About your Attendee Portal Webpage

We host an Attendee Portal on our conference website (delegate access only). This will be accessed by our virtual and in-person attendees as a conference resource. Each sponsor and exhibitor will have their own webpage as part of this Portal.
