About Executive Arrangements
Executive Arrangements Event Planning is a boutique event management company. We specialize in focused, creative event management for a select group of clients. Because of this, our approach translates to personalized service with outstanding attention to detail.
The company owner is Carol Tebay, former Catering Manager of the Saskatoon Inn Hotel & Conference Centre. Stemming from this experience, Carol’s areas of specialty are conferences and conventions, as well as corporate and association events. In addition to event planning, Carol provides event consultation, website development and management, and graphic design services.
About Carol
“If all is in order, all will be well.”
This is the motto my family has ascribed to me. In everything I do, I strive for excellence and order to ensure things run well, from my daughter’s after-school activities to my clients’ multi-day events.
Beginning as a Catering Coordinator in the hotel industry 25 years ago, I eventually became Catering Manager at the largest conference hotel in the city. I found I was able to use my best qualities to collaborate with people and find creative solutions to ensure successful events. I loved my work with my clients but desired more flexibility in my career. So I left the Saskatoon Inn and began Executive Arrangements and haven’t looked back.
I absolutely love doing what I do! I’ve built relationships with amazing clients and I’m continually looking for ways to make their events even better. I believe in collaboration and in listening to people to find out what THEY want. My experience with hundreds of events has fine-tuned my communication and problem solving skills, and has taught me how to “stay calm and carry on” in crisis situations.
Balance in life is important to me. The time I spend outside of my business is focused on family, friends, and myself. I’m married to a remarkable man, and have three children and a cat, all of whom make me smile on a regular basis. I enjoy reading books, watching movies, taking photos, and kayaking. My happy place is being on my kayak, in a secluded spot at the lake, soaking in the warm sunshine, feeling the cool breeze, and drinking in the beauty of nature.
